Aerobic Laughter™ Therapy

Aerobic Laughter Therapy (ALT) is a powerful cognitive behavioral therapy that triggers hearty extended laughter without the need for comedy or jokes.

While many believe that 'laughter is the best medicine', it can only be regarded as a medicine in a form that can be prescribed. The ALT technique allows laughter to be prescribed.

Extended study shows that Aerobic Laughter Therapy™ may be the most powerful positive psychology intervention currently available.

The therapy builds happiness and reduces unhappiness so quickly and dramatically that is has been described as 'happiness shock treatment'.
