Persons attending JOYGYM events are required to agree to the following terms and conditions:

  E-tickets are issued when full payment has been received. Payment details are provided on the booking confirmation page.

  Tickets may be changed to another date or venue up to ten days before the event. Bookings cancelled more than one month before the event will receive a full refund less 10% cancellation fee. Later cancellations will receive a full refund less one-third cancellation fee.

  We strive to make JOYGYM Events happy and uplifting. If you have any questions or complaints please contact JOYGYM for a fast reply.

  Please arrive at least 20 minutes before starting time. Late arrivals may not be permitted entry.

  Take care not to disrupt sessions or cause inconvenience to other attendees. Please follow instructions from the presenter or InHappiness staff members and maintain a respectful attitude towards presenters, staff and others attending.

  Questions times will be allocated - please don't interrupt the presenter or others to ask questions.

  Mobile phones must be switched off during JOYGYM events.

  Your event may be photographed or filmed by or for JOYGYM, and copyright shall be owned by JOYGYM.

  In the event an event is cancelled or postponed we will contact you using the contact information provided to offer a refund or tickets to an alternate event. JOYGYM will not be responsible for travel or other expenses in case we are not able to reach you.
