Stress can grind away at our happiness and damage
our physical and mental health.
Over-stress reduces our ability to perform and to
make good decisions ― that means less success.
StressBuster™ is a new one-day positive
psychology workshop that combines happiness
re-education and cognitive behavioral therapy to
reduce your stress and boost your happiness.
The workshop uses Aerobic Laughter™ therapy ―
sometimes called 'shock treatment' for stress ― one
of the most powerful positive psychology de-stress
therapies available.
StressBuster™ has helped tens of thousands of highly
stressed South Africans to lose their stress and
regain control over their life and happiness.
StressBuster™ is the result of four years of intense
development in happiness programs that are already
helping more than fifty thousand South Africans to
lead happier, more productive and more successful
lives.
