Join us for our workout series where we cultivate and practice joy for six-weeks using elements of our daily life to focus and hone our ability to spot, build, and be in joy. Over the six, 45-minute long workout sessions, we’ll connect to joy through the wisdom of nature, our surroundings, our senses, our imagination, ourselves and each other, building a practice that allows us to seed joy in our daily lives.

Our gym is virtual. We meet on Zoom, Tuesdays from 6:30p-7:15p Eastern for our 45-minute sessions.
TYPICAL SESSION INCLUDES
Short guided meditation to arrive and ground into our time together
Warm-up: often a quick check-in focused around of topic of the week
A brief conversation about a week’s particular topic
Workout: An exercise, practice, or activity
